Tina Jones C.M., O.M. is a successful Canadian entrepreneur, community contributor and philanthropist. Her life and work have centred in Manitoba, where her outstanding achievement, dedication to the community, and service to the nation have been recognized with the Order of Manitoba. She has received the Order of Manitoba for her outstanding work and service to Manitoba, and the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Medal for public service. She has also received many provincial and national awards for her entrepreneurial and community work, including a Top 100 Award as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women, a University of Manitoba Distinguished Alumni Award, and the Nellie McClung 150 Trailblazer award.

Tina’s energy, creativity and dedication have also made her a tireless community builder. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of the Health Sciences Centre Foundation Board of Directors. Her distinguished work with HSC Foundation has raised record funds and touched thousands of Canadians. Other Manitoba charitable organizations have also benefited from Tina’s creative leadership in community work, where she has brought tens of millions of dollars in funding and project work. She also serves as a key member of the strategic planning President’s Advisory Council of the University of Manitoba.

Tina is owner of Jones & Company Wine Merchants and principal of Wine & Drinks College Manitoba (WDCM), which have grown into the largest private wine store and destination wine school in Manitoba. She has also expanded the impact of wine education to develop the award-winning magazine, The Cellar DoorTina is also an active partner in the dynamic concept The Rink Training Centre, providing innovative individual skill development to all levels of hockey players, to both males and female athletes.
